Our professional management and maintenance team are available during regular business hours to answer any questions, address concerns, and respond to maintenance requests. When our office is closed, we have staff on call, so your student won’t have to worry about being locked out of their apartment when coming back from a late night at the library. We also offer an online resident portal so tenants can contact us at any time, even to submit a maintenance request.
Individual Housing Contracts

With an individual housing contract, students are only responsible for the amount they owe personally, streamlining the process for financial reassurance.

We will ask your student to fill out a form that describes personal habits and lifestyle preferences, so your student can help us pick out like-minded individuals who will be the best fit for them!
